We proudly source our green jumbo peanuts from Hardy Farms, a trusted, family-owned farm in Georgia known for their commitment to quality and food safety. Their peanuts are harvested fresh during the peak season and delivered under strict quality control standards, ensuring they’re safe, clean, and perfect for boiling.
From the moment our peanuts arrive to the final boil, we follow strict hygiene and food safety practices. Our equipment is cleaned thoroughly before and after every use, and we handle every step of the cooking process with care — no shortcuts, no cutting corners.
Every batch is slow-cooked using clean, food-grade canning salt and fresh water in sanitized stainless steel kettles. Our team uses gloves, food-safe containers, and certified procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and cleanliness.
